SUSPENSION SYSTEM INSPECTION

SUSPENSION SYSTEM INSPECTION

A large percentage of car owners only realize it’s time to conduct a suspension system inspection when the components of their vehicle’s suspension start making unusual sounds and fail to provide safe and smooth travel.

The suspension system is a network of components that connects the vehicle’s wheels to the chassis (the metal frame). It encompasses a range of parts such as the front and rear axles, leaf springs, shock absorbers, coil springs, stabilizer bars, tie rods, bushings, MacPherson strut mounts, among others. Additional elements of the suspension system also include tie rod ends, control arms, hubs, brake discs, brake calipers, ball joints, bushings, bearings, mounts, wheels, tires, and many more.
